A. Our availability each year is limited to ensure that we can provide you with the exceptional experience you deserve and our undivided attention throughout your wedding journey. Quality is our priority, not quantity. Q. How do we book?
A. Simplicity at its best! Choose your package, e-sign the digital contract, make a £300 non-refundable retainer payment, and you're BOOKED! Celebrate as you check off another significant item on your list, bringing your dream one step closer to reality!
Q. What is your turn around time?
A. For weddings and elopements, you can expect your photos to be ready within 6-8 weeks or even sooner from your wedding date. Portrait and adventure couple sessions will typically be ready within 3-4 weeks or less. Our goal is to deliver your memories to you as swiftly as possible.
Q. How many images are included?
A. All our packages come with a minimum amount, tailored to both weddings and elopements. The specific amount may vary based on your coverage and the unique events of your day. These are your cherished memories, and we are committed to capturing them completely, ensuring you receive every detail needed to relive the entire story!
Q. Do you shoot on film/ Analogue?
A. Yes, Yes, Yes!! We share a passion for analogue photography and appreciate the unique charm it brings to every shot. The grain, imperfections, and the element of unpredictability often result in stunning and genuinely one-of-a-kind images.

Q. How do we receive our photographs & Video?
A. We offer exquisitely personalized online galleries for all our couples, where you can conveniently download your photos and videos. While we strongly advise backing up your precious memories, you also have the choice to share the gallery with your loved ones, allowing them to relive those special moments. What's more, your gallery includes a print shop, enabling you, your friends, and family to order prints, albums, and other keepsake items, ensuring your memories can be cherished in a tangible form.
Q. Do you give Raw / unedited files out?
A. No, as we believe editing is a huge part of the process to creating the magical and unique final product.
Q. What if you are ill or can't make our wedding day?
A. In the highly improbable situation that we are unable to cover your wedding day due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, rest assured that we have contingency plans in place. We have a network of exceptional photographers, and we are part of a supportive community willing to provide assistance on short notice. They will capture the event and hand over the files to us for editing. It's worth noting that this scenario has yet to occur. Your special day remains our top priority.
Q. Do you Travel?
A. YES! We feel incredibly fortunate to capture love stories not only throughout the UK but worldwide. Traveling and embarking on adventures is our passion and a major source of inspiration for us.
Most of our packages include UK travel, so please don't hesitate to reach out – we'd love to learn about your plans! As for travel costs, for travel and accommodation within the UK, it's already included in our packages, with the exception of hour-by-hour and adventure sessions that involve travel within 40 miles of postcode DT11. If your wedding is abroad, we are committed to being open and transparent, discussing any additional costs during our consultation.
